Process flow
1. Connect to a rod conveyor: A two-stage conveyor system, equipped with a 12-channel automatic sorting function for orderly conveyance, connected to the egg collection belt of the farm.
2) Orientation: Through a unique turning design, the large and small ends of the eggs are adjusted to face in the same direction, ensuring that the larger end faces up when placed in the tray. The larger end (air chamber) is uniformly facing up after the eggs are automatically placed in the tray, allowing for longer storage time.
3) LED candling: The LED optical inspection device is installed beneath the rubber roller. When eggs pass through the roller, the human eye detects through the light transmission, picking out damaged eggs, irregularly shaped eggs, black-cored eggs, and other unqualified eggs.
4) Grading and counting: The color touchscreen PLC electronic grading machine features a self-diagnostic function and can intelligently count the number of eggs in each grade for each shift, as well as the total number of eggs in each grade. The grading accuracy is ±1 gram.
3. 700B-4 Egg Packaging Machine (8 lanes): Dual-track conveyor and tray loading structure, equipped with 8 tray loading lines, each equipped with an independent electrical box for independent control of each lane; each tray loading line can load different types of packaging materials such as paper trays, plastic trays, pulp boxes, blister boxes, and foam boxes, and can switch between different specifications; when loading 5*6 egg trays, 2 packaging machines package eggs of one grade; when loading 3*5, 3*6 blister boxes or pulp boxes, 4 packaging machines are required to package eggs of one grade; when loading 2*5, 2*6 blister boxes or pulp boxes, 6 packaging machines are required to package eggs of one grade.

4. Out-of-grade conveyor belt: Eggs that are too large or too small will fall into the out-of-grade category.
